    Shreyas is a counsel with over 13 years of experience in tax, arbitration and corporate commercial litigation. His core area of expertise includes Income Tax, GST and Customs matters. He frequently appears before the Bombay High Court & tribunals such as the ITAT, CESTAT, NCLT, NCLAT and SAT. He has worked across FMCG, Consumer Durables, Airlines, Real Estate, Banking & Finance, Insurance, F&B and more. An alumnus of Hidayatullah National Law University, his also a member of the Bombay Bar Association.

    A seasoned criminal defence attorney with nearly a decade of experience in complex criminal trials, white-collar crimes, and prosecutions related to Income Tax, GST, Customs, and SEBI. He leads a team handling disputes, including Section 138 proceedings, Section 482 quashing, and bail matters. His clientele spans banking, NBFCs, real estate, IT companies, investment funds, and brokers. As a Partner at with SKAY he is leading the TMT and AI practice with expertise in IP rights, content monetization, and AI-powered legal solutions.

    Mr. Vashishtha holds a B.A., LLB (Hons) from Jamia Millia Islamia, an LL.M from McGill University, and an M.Sc. from the University of Oxford, where he was a St. Cross Scholar.
